Orders are not binding with Dressage Dreamers until confirmed by Dressage Dreamers. All orders must be paid in FULL before shipment.
In the unlikely event of faulty workmanship or quality, the goods may be returned. If the workmanship is deemed faulty, Dressage Dreamers will replace the goods with a new product or request a refund (as per below refund policy). The goods can only be returned to Dressage Dreamers by emailing (email@example.com).
Dressage Dreamers are happy to refund goods you have purchased from us due to change of mind. We will refund the purchase price (shipping only included on faulty items) on the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the goods
- You must provide your name and address
- Goods must have all the original tags/labels attached, otherwise unused.
- You must confirm payment method for refund
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs back to Dressage Dreamers
Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for any refunds, we are more then happy to assist.
As goods are made to order, we strongly recommend you measure to ensure you order the correct sizing. However, in the unlikely event of the wrong size being ordered. We can exchange for the correct size. You must return the goods within 14 days with the proof of purchase. You must email Dressage Dreamers (email@example.com) advising for the exchange. Goods must be otherwise unused, original tags/labels. As goods are made to order, once the exchanged goods have arrived within the 14 days a new order will be processed. Please allow 10-14 day working lead time.
Postage and Handling Policy
Flat rate postage via Australia Post. All customers will be sent an email notifying them of the Australia Post parcel details once goods have been posted.
Dressage Dreamers will make every attempt to publish true and accurate information, however we cannot guarantee that there will never be any errors or mistakes in published material. Dressage Dreamers does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any material contained in this site. Additionally, Dressage Dreamers disclaims all liability to any person relying wholly or partially upon any information presented in this site in respect of anything, and the consequences of anything, done or omitted to be done.
All pricing is subject to change. Dressage Dreamers reserves the right to change the goods pricing.
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification once your goods are posted.
